Rhode Island College Welcome Center

Saccoccio & Associates was retained to renovate the college’s Welcome Center.

SA designed a complete renovation of a former 8,425 sf group home built in 1990.

In addition, parking lot flow, pick-up and drop off, plans were also examined to provide optimal safety for all students. Since students range in age, parents of young students park and walk them into school and parents of older children drop off or wait in their car for pick-up. These conditions were addressed along with the number one factor of providing as safe a design as possible.

 

Building was completed in Spring of 2018.
