Saccoccio & Associates was commissioned to design a new state-of-the-art fire station for the Town of Plymouth. The Town of Plymouth has build two fire stations and wanted to model this station after the other two fire houses.  It will consist of 11,000 SF, single story, three double bays with potential for drive through capabilities, both bunk room and restroom/shower facilities for both men and women, and a decontamination room. The new facility will also include a fitness room and a kitchen/dayroom area. Administrative office space will not be specifically included, but rather, should encompass all other day-to-day requirements of a fire station.
