Saccoccio & Associates was retained to design a waterfront facility for the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) at the Quonset Business Park, a former military base. The new building is situated on a 1.3 acre waterfront parcel includes a warehouse, workshop and office facility and serves as a support center for the NOAA research vessel OKEANOS EXPLORER.
