Project: New addition to Police Station

Area: 9,600 sq. ft. addition

Saccoccio & Associates was retained by the Town of Burrillville to design an addition and renovations of the Town’s police facility. The new wing provides two levels of programmed space to the current structure. The basement level includes a fitness center, emergency management space, and file storage area. The grade level includes a community room/traffic court hearing room, as well as new offices for the Police Chief and ranking Officers. Existing offices were combined and converted into a conference room, and various other renovations throughout the original spaces were done.
