Ballentine Hall

Kingston, Rhode Island

Project: Addition and renovations
Size: 55,450 square feet

Saccoccio & Associates was retained to convert Ballentine Hall, an outdated campus building at the University of Rhode Island into a state-of-the-art business school complex. The renovated structure grew to 55,450 square feet with the addition of a new wing and steel-framed atrium. It currently houses classrooms, lecture rooms, administrative space and a stock trading room. Located in a prominent position on the university’s main quadrangle, Ballentine Hall complements the surrounding campus structures with its rough granite facade and large paned windows.
