Mark Saccoccio, AIA, NCARB, Principal

Principal Mark Saccoccio has designed award-winning commercial, academic and public-use facilities during his 40 years of practice with the firm.

Mark is past President of AIA Rhode Island, and received the National Council of Architectural Registration (NCARB) President's Medal in 2007. He served as Chairman of the Rhode Island Green Technology Consortium, was Board Chair of The Greater Providence YMCA, and is a board member of the Independent Square Foundation. He is also an active member of the Rotary Club of Cranston.

Steven Guglielmo, AIA, NCARB,LEED AP, Principal

Principal Steve Guglielmo has over 37 year's experience in design. Steve has directed numerous multi-million dollar projects, including several award winning designs.

He served as Board Chair of the Cranston YMCA and maintains other community and professional affiliations.

Sal Saccoccio, NCARB/RA, Founder

Sal Saccoccio founded Saccoccio & Associates in 1973. Although retired, he remains involved in the firm's work and assures that project design quality control meets the highest standards.

Victor LaPerche, RA/LEED, Associate

Associate Victor LaPerche brings his valuable expertise to the firm with an extensive education in Historic Preservation, Civil Engineering and sustainable design. A cornerstone of the organization for over three decades, Vic specializes in construction documents and building code interpretation.
