The Town of Cumberland hired us to design a community space that would be a multifunctioning gathering place for the town. The 3,200-sf facility includes offices, kitchen, outdoor patio area and a timbered designed function room versatile enough for any occasion. Along with an updated parking area and green space the site added two pickleball courts.
